Our physical therapy is different from others because it uses a holistic approach, listening to the cues of the body. We strive to never create pain and always respect your tissues. We know how to get to the root cause of the issues in your body as we know how to dive deep into why the tissues are doing what they are doing. We address all issues from all levels, physically, emotionally, energetically and spiritually. This offers a deeper more complete healing.

Lynn Schulte

As a pelvic health physical therapist, Lynn Schulte has experience working with all stages of a women’s lifecycle with a specialty in pregnancy and postpartum. Problems in the pelvis, low back or pelvic floor area are her area of expertise. By using only manual therapy skills, Lynn listens to your body to help you release the pain and restore function. Her passion is helping post partum moms recover from delivery and restrengthen their core musculature in fewer sessions than other PT’s. Healing diastasis recti and prolapse and incontinent issues are her specialty as she knows exactly what to look for to help support you. As a Holistic Pelvic Care practitioner, Lynn can help heal disruptions in the birth energy field to help moms better connect to themselves and their newborns. Knowing we are more than just our bodies, Lynn works on an emotional, energetic and spiritual level as well as physical to help facilitate your healing.
